Instructions to install 8500L (lining kit)

The lining may be replaced while the clutch is still on the truck

  • Apply 90 to 120 psi of air to disengage the clutch
  • Remove the 3 retaining plates by removing the 6 lining screws
  • Remove the lining
  • Replace the lining, the 3 retaining plates and the 6 lining screws. Tighten to 30 lbs-in (3.4 Newton Meters)
