Return/Refund Policy

You can return a product purchased on kitmasters.com for a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee). The product must be received by Kit Masters, or the distributor from which it was purchased, within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refund will not be provided where:

• The product is received by Kit Masters, or the distributor, beyond 30 calendars days from the original purchase date.
• A product sent to Kit Masters for refund does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
• Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
• Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, lightning strikes, etc.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
